Pick Our Brains Consulting
WHAT IS PICK-OUR-BRAINS CONSULTING?
We created a new form of consulting service. One that is responsive, surgical, and tactical. You describe what you need help with. Then, we study the background information you give us. We can quickly make recommendations based upon our extensive experience. Then, we get out of your way. Think of us as your top tier leadership gunslingers; comprised of some of the nation's top thought leaders, authors, and C-Suite coaches.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT CONSULTANT(S):
If you haven't already, just scroll through the experts at the bottom of this page and you will see each consultants’ principle areas of expertise and experience. You’ll also see his/her hourly rate – and their half-day rate. If there is an area of expertise not listed, tell us about it. We can usually propose and alternative.
NOTE: If your need is urgent, please choose two consultants, as your first choice may be previously engaged or traveling when you need him or her.
READY TO GET STARTED?
Write to us using the Pick Our Brains (P.O.B.) submission form below. Give us as much detail as you like regarding your specific operational or talent concerns, your company profile (family owned? number of employees? brand issues? public or private? recent merger? recent acquisition?) and give us an emotional perspective of your current corporate culture (fun, reward innovation, formal, progressive, open to change or not, etc.) Then, when you meet your consultant(s) via phone, Skype, IM, or Face Time, he or she will be able to immediately enter the conversation within the proper context.
STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL: Everything you share with us - including documents you may want us to peruse - will be strictly and absolutely confidential.
